I am new to the detailing thing. I would really like to get some of the opinions of a good clay kit, polish, wax, cleaner, micro cloths, and what you guys think about doing paint correction by hand or with a buffer. What applicators to use as well. Also, what to use as a leather cleaner and protectant, and what to use for wheels and tires. For glass I just use Stoner Invisible glass and it seems to get the job done. What is the best way to clay glass too. I know I am all over the place but I am looking forward to what fellow detail enthusiast do...
there is TONS of threads that cover all this right here in this section.. also sites such as detailedimage.com have tutorials that cover everything and more of what your asking. They have tutorials with which product to use for every step. If you look right above your thread there are these things called stickies that people post lots of information in them and they cover everything you asked and more

BTW you wont be doing paint correction by hand. Its VERY VERY VERY hard to do by hand and if polishing takes 4-6 hours with machine.. by hand Ill give you a week.
What polisher do you have? What pads do you have?

There are lots of great professional products available, but Megs is hardly the best out there. Menzerna, Zaino, Chemical Guys, Poorboys World, and Blackfire to name a few are all great.
You guys are naming a bunch of products out there but it depends what you are wanting to accomplish. First it's important to understand that 95% or more of how a car looks when you're done with it has to do with how you prepped the paint. There's LOTS of polishes out there but most detailers will tell you that you can't go wrong with two particular polished 1. Menzerna Super Intensive Polish and 2. Menzerna 106FF. I've also been reading a lot of positive reviews on their Power Lock products but I haven't tried them yet.
As far as sealants go, Zaino is very good but don't sucked into the bs hype about having 10 "layers" on your paint. It's not true that the more layers you have the better your car looks, plus it's a total waste of product. All you need is 2 layers MAX and that second coat is only done just in case you missed some spots. It's a little tricky to use as you only use a VERY SMALL AMOUNT, you almost can't even tell that it's on your paint so the common problem people have is they put too much on which can make it a little harder to get off. A great over the counter product is Meguiars Tech Wax 2.0. Even though the word "wax" is in the name, it's actually a sealant. The general public doesn't really understand the difference between a wax and a sealant so they just call it a wax. I think it's a GREAT product and can be bought pretty much anywhere. My personal favorite right now is Blackfire Wet Diamond. It goes on VERY easy and comes off even easier. The slickness and shine is so damn good I often won't even top it with anything. Sealants won't give you as "warm" of a glow as a carnauba based wax will. Sometimes the look can be kinda of plastic looking but experiment and see what you like best.
Many will use a quality carnauba based wax as their LSP (last step product). If you properly polished the car, in all honesty, any decent wax is going to look fantastic on the car. My personal favs are P21s and DoDo Juice Diamond White. However, there are PLENTY of waxes that are less expensive and will do a great job too. Again, try a couple different kinds and wee what you like. I could go on and on but hopefully this helps a little. Here's a few older shots of my car that I've posted before, freshly detailed.

I also have the black fire wet diamond and WOW looks amazing on black..
Are there any tricks to using it for example what kind of wax to put over it and how long should I wait to put wax over it..
The one time I used Black fire wet Diamond After about 20 min I started to wax over it to lock it in place and I guess the wax had a bad reaction with it because it would NOT wipe off.. When I have used this wax a dozen times and had no problems getting it off..
The wax btw was HD Poxy
