Just use plain water and a micro fiber towel. To keep the dash and instruments dust free between, I use a 'Magic Duster'.

Have you tried Armor All Ultimate Clean Formula, sprayed on a terry towel rag? It works good for me and leaves a nice matte finish. Also gives you some UV protection.

i have these rain X wipe things for cleaning glass they do a great job and dont leave any streaks

The best thing for cleaning glass is Stoner's Invisible Glass. I use it on by cars and my glass top tables.

I use Plexus Plastic cleaner. It is designed to keep the plastic from turning yellow and is anti-static properties. I use it to clean my headlight and tail light lens. It even has a nice scent.
