I just use water/ meguiars car wash. and dry with micro fiber towel.
If water spots develop, a clay bar does miracles on the grill. I think the grill is plastic, so any metal polish might damage it.

No, No, don't use any of that stuff on your grill, it's plastic, you'll wind up with a white grill, just wash it! Wouldn't a claybar mess it up as well?

Use the Mothers Mag & Aluminum polish for your exhaust tips. I just wash my grill.

If done the right way, the clay bar wont mess up the grill. My grill developed a lot of water spots due to not drying the grill at times. I could not get them off with water and a micro fiber towel. I was about to buy a new grill cause mine looked horrible. Tried the clay bar as a last resort. Worked like a charm. Saved my self some cash, $15 claybar vs. new grill.
