I have the exact same color combo and I use Meguiar's Supreme Shine spray. You can find it at any auto parts store (or WalMart) for about $5. Spray some on a towel and wipe down all of the black (non-leather) surfaces in your car.

It will look amazing and it only takes a couple minutes. You get a real nice shine that lasts a few weeks.

For the leather use a leather conditioner. Avoid treating the dash as he said above when the dash is in the hot sun as it can lead to cracking.

+1...Don't use the dash spray on your leather because it is kinda greasy and generally where there is leather in your car, there is also a body part that rests on it. Good point in the above post though that I forgot to mention, only apply any car care products in the shade and on a cool surface. I don't care if a product says, "can be applied in direct sunlight,"...bull****. In the shade on a cool surface.

If you want to treat the leather in your car, use a leather conditioner.

Same as waxing and washing exterior. Hot sun bad, cool shade good.

It all depends on your preference. I prefer to skip the greasy shine and instead just thoroughly clean the dash to leave a factory-new finish with no shine. As far as leather, skip the conditioner. Auto leather is already protected by a topcoat, similar to the clearcoat on your paint. This topcoat is not breathable and cannot be permeated by conditioners, so instead the conditioner sits on top and attracts oils, dirt, and dust.

Anyway, here's my recommendations for OTC products:
Leather Cleaner: Mother's FX Leather Cleaner/Libman semi-soft brush
General cleaning/dash: Meguiar's Quick Detailer
Dash Protectant: 303 Aerospace or Meguiar's Natural Shine(Supreme shine for high gloss)
Glass: Invisible Glass

Those couple product will take care of nearly everything. I would also recommend a spare toothbrush to clean/dust out the cracks/seams in the dash.

Was using Armour All on a hot dash and actually saw it and heard it crack. Damn was I pissed. Has something to do with the surface shrinking at a different rate than the underlying material, although I do not think the v36s are prone to this as the material is soft, but after enough time and my black interior it may happen. This is also why I have gone exclusively JDM for the last 4 cars.

^^ Armour all is crap. I stay away from it.

I'm not a fan out a lot of shine. I'd rather it just look clean and be protected.

For the leather I highly recommend the Zaino leather products. The smell alone is worth it - smells almost, ALMOST like a new car for a couple of weeks in my '05. If I use it in my '08 it really accentuates the new smell for about a month. When I use it I get comments on how it smells new. If I haven't used it in a long time no one says anything.

you can use ONR in a spray bottle for interior cleanings every couple of weeks. Just give it a quick wipedown and it will leave the finish natural, not greasy, but yet clean!
