Help: How to Fix HeadLights

Hey guys, Id like to apologize in advance if this is the wrong place to post this i am new to this forum. I actually just bought a 2004 infiniti g35 black coupe. Im loving the car however the guy before me tried to tint the headlights or black them out im not sure. However it looks really bad so i want to clean them up and take it off. I was wondering if someone can help me with that i already tried doing it with a hair dryer and trying to heat it up and peal it. Its basically on the front lance so you can feel it when you touch the head light. Im trying to upload a picture but it gives me and error after it uploads.

Use photobucket to host your photos. After you get the film off, you will need googone or goo off to remove the glue residue.
I would park my car in the sun on a hot day for a few hours and try again.

Upload from photobucket. After copy and paste that's what I do. Can't you just heat it and peel all of it off?
Lol I just seen GR6RR's post and I approve his post

Can't really tell from the pic. Looks like it's just scuffed up.

it could possibly be just residue from the tint.

That definitely looks like a shitty overlay job. Try using a heat gun, those things get HOT
