Use a 2500-3000 grit sandpaper to lightly wetsand and buff it out. If you're unable to do so yourself, take it to your local auto body shop and see what they'd charge you to do it. If you're around Long Island, PM me and I'll look over some pics for you and let you know what I can do for you.

If it's fresh, cleaner wax and elbow grease may work out for you.

if the clay didnt work, try a more aggresive clay. they come in different grades, but clay should do it.

if not, i would polish before attempting to wetsand.

IMO, there should be no reason to wetsand. clay and/or compound should remove it...especially i it is fresh.

Wetsanding is the way to go. I had a little overspray on one of my headlights, wetsanded and polished it out in 5 mins. You obviously have to know when enough is enough, and it's time to take the buffer to the surface.

Like everyone else said, wetsand with a high grit. It might take a while but eventually it should come off since the overspray should be on top of the clear coat.
