Paint on inside door pull

On my '08, the paint is flaking on the black door pull exposing a white surface beneath; both driver and passenger sides. Has anyone else experience this, and what's the best way to fix?

I'm assuming some type of flat black touch up paint, but I'm hoping there's a way that'll look better. Can just that part be replaced or is it a part of the whole door panel?

Best way to fix it is to replace it.

I thought that might be the case. Can I replace just that piece or is it a part of the door panel? It seems like it's a part of the panel.
