Hard water spot fix?

Lately it's been raining a lot and my car has been pelted with water. My passenger side windows are covered with those annoying spots. I tried using quik detailer and invisible glass spray, but it didn't seem to work. Anyone have some other suggestions?

Try a water/white vinegar mixture. The acid in the vinegar can dissolve the mineral deposits from the spots. Make sure you don't get any on your paint and if you do just wipe it off.
