Attention all body/detailing professionals! Need help!

So I washed my car last night after maybe 3 months ago when I last got my car wash (Ik long time) and prior to my car wash I had noticed a big haze spot on my right quarter panel. When I rubbed it it looked like dirt so I automatically thought it was just that the car was dirty and it need a wash.Anyways I took my car to a self service car wash and gave the car a wash and the haze was still there. After being frustrated with it I took it upon me to give my car a hand car wash at my house using products like meguiars and Adams polishes and took my time with it.I scrubbed the living hell out of the quarter panel with a sponge and it looked like it had gone away, though it didn’t as it appeared again after I sprayed the soap down. Now my car looks absolutely shiny from the front but that haze still remains on my paint on my quarter panel. The haze almost looks like dust as it gives an illusion that it goes away when you wipe it off but as soon as you step back you still notice it there. Here is a picture in the night time as it is pretty hard to get a good picture in the night time.My 04 sedan is the color code twilight blue

Exactly. It's pretty great money if you figure it out.
