Meguiar's Scratch X Two Thumbs Up!

I had a pretty visible scratch on my hood couple months ago due to a car washing incident . I always told myself that I would buy a product that would get it off but I never had the chance to actually look around and do some research. After searching around the forums, a lot of people recommended Meguiar's Scratch X remover. Here is my review on this fine product .

Product Name: Meguiar's Scratch X (Fine Scratch & Swirl Remover)
Size: 7oz.
Price: $7.95
Additional products used: Microfiber Pad
Additional price: 3.95
Pros: Got rid of that annoying scratch! Removed the weird scratches inside of my door handle too.
Cons: Kinda pricy? Not sure if I could've gotten it for cheaper. Don't know, don't care. As long as that scratch came out, I could care less
Bought from: www.autogeek.net

For all you G owners who need to get those nasty scratches off of your precious G35, this product is an absolute must! (Not endorsing the website or this product in any way, shape, or form. I swear )
Has anybody tried this product on their keyed Gs? Not sure if it works for those kinds of damages.. I figured if the keyed area didn't go in too deep, maybe this could minimize it's appearance?

Meguiar's Scratch X Remover - $7.95
Microfiber Pad - $3.95
Applying the product - 5 minutes
Getting that scratch off of our G35s - Priceless

Thanks for the mini-review. I'll have to try some of this stuff on a long scuff on my front quarter panel.

Just used it myself this week.

Along one front fender someone rubbed by in a parking lot.
12" x 4" area.

Used the scatch X followed by Meguirs pro polish.
Scratched no more.

The ScratchX worked for me too! Took about 3-4 applications but it is not noticeable any more. Good stuff. Only gripe about the product is the packaging. It comes in a tube w/ a heatsealed/crimped end on top, and the corners are sharp. trim that stuff so you don't slice your wrist open

By the way, what is the correct way to apply it?
Rub it til it tries or apply some on your car and wait for it to dry?

Thanks

Well I have used Scratch X too and it just covers up the scratch, not removes it... from what you wrote, you seem to think its gone forever.
