Removing Current Wax/Finish
Okay, so the dealer applied some sort of wax to the car which I picked up a few weeks ago. I plan to apply Klasse AIO, Klasse SG and then maybe one of the Pinnacle Waxes. But first I may clay the car. Some say claying isn't necessary for a new car and some say it's still a good idea.
If I do clay the car, I'll want to remove the existing wax first. Aside from the Dawn option (some advocate it as a one time thing and some people warn against it), what products can I use to remove the wax ONLY and not add any polish (remember that I'll add Klasse, etc. after claying) and which are not abbrasive?
Would really appreciate your advice. Thanks.

I use p21s shampoo or poorboys super slick and suds. They both work great and get an bubbly lather going. Then I would dry the car with a waffle weave microfiber. Follow that up with a clay bar and the klasse twins and you'll have one hot G. I detail professionally and I recomend claying it because even though its new to you it may have gotten a good amount of contamination on it just in transport. You can get a fine grade clay bar http://secure.detailedimage.com/Merc...gory_Code=Clay which is designed for new paint because its a less abrassive. There is a special on Klasse twins for $39 http://www.detailedimage.com/index.html. You get two free microfiber towels and microfiber applicators with that purchase plus 10% off any purchase before the end of April.
