Using leather cleaner on Vinyl and vice versa
Using leather cleaner on Vinyl and vice versa
I have Lexol leather cleaner and vinyl cleaner. There are parts of the interior that I'm just not 100% sure of if it's leather or vinyl.
What's worse - getting leather cleaner on vinyl, or vinyl cleaner on leather?

even the seats aren't full leather. Most cars only have the seating surface as genuine leather, the sides and back is imitation (vinyl). One of the few cars that actually uses leather on all surfaces is the LS430. so I don't think it really matters where you apply the leather conditioner. I think it's safer to use the leather conditioner on the vinyl then to use vinyl treatment on the leather. the main reason to use the conditioner is to replace the natural oils that are lost in the leather to keep it supple.
I use the Meguiers leather wipes on every thing. lol. It shines every thing right up and really easy to use. not to mention lint free. Hope im not destorying my vinyl by doing it.
