Microfiber Towel Question

Hi,

I just washed my coupe yesterday and today I noticed that there are dusts all around the car (very noticeable from short distance). So, my question, is it OK to just wipe the dusts off with a dry microfiber towel? or do I have to wet the towel first then wipe?

Thanks so much guys.. I just want to make sure everything is fine before I do it.

was the dust just after washing, then yes...(like lint from a towel). if its like real dust/dirt, then no b/c you'll be rubbing dirt into your paint...

wash

get some nxt detailer after you dry..

spray and wipe w/micofiber.

NO dust.............maybe not till the next day atleast.lol

yeah, it's dust after washing. So, should I just wipe it with a dry or wet microfiber towel.
Can you explain me about NXT detailer?

NXT is just a speed detailer polish... good between washing and waxing your car.

if it just after washing you could just wipe it down w/ dry micotowel.

i recommend you get some sort speed detailer.. just spray and wipe down.. shouldnt have any dust after that. not for a little while atleast.LOL

hope this helps.

Use a Ca Duster every evening. Keeps it clean between washings.

cali duster is.. nothing more than like swiffer for your car..../// gets the dust off.............

beware of cali duster.... it can leave scrathes in your paint (like i state in an earlier post about rubbing dirt into your paint) .... and if your car is a darker color you will notice it sooner.

I also have a TB and it seems scratches develope just looking at it

Anything you use dry will scratch no matter what, that's anything.

Best bet is to use a leafblower after washing or live with the scratching as I do. In your case imo hose it and blow it if you don't wan't any scratches.

Good luk with it. It is a never ending process.

yeah.. It's hard to have a dark color car. But I really love it when it's clean. Looks very very Sexy...

and very unique.... i love that color ......but with darker colors there really is no distinct way to keep dirt and dust of other than cleaning (washing).

swiffer works good for rims though... but not your paint, iwas just trying to explain somewhat of how the cali duster works.
