I got Leatherique rejuvenator/cleaner combo and it works. My passenger seat was "stiff" and dried out, probably from sun exposure(other seats are OK). Eagle one leather conditioner didn't do anything, but one application of Rejuvenator oil did miracle!
I suggest leaving oil on for half hour, wiping/buffing excess off and then "use" seat-sit on it and massage it with your butt and hands
