Cleaning radio and climate control displays

My radio face and climate control screens have several scratches in them. I have used Meguiar's plastic polish in the past on instrument panels, but these surfaces seem more delicate.

What's the proper method to clean these up?

Thanks for any help.

I used Mequiars plastic polish on radio screen, it is OK. Use very little of it, so it wouldn't get between screen and buttons. Q tip is a good tool.

Plexus is great for plastic and I apply it with a microfiber towel. The plexus is a cleaner and polish and it has antistatic properties which help keep dust away.

I use 303 Aerospace Protectant on all of the interior. Dash, console, leather, plastic, and trim.

After reading some threads on in the detailing section I went and bought a bottle of this 303 Aerospace Protectant. I cannot recommend using this on the dash as it leaves an oily film residue similar to Amour All crap.
