Simoniz New Car Treatment

Just bought a new G35 Sedan. The dealer was trying to sell me on a simoniz new car treatment that is supposed to protect the paint for 5yrs ... Has anyone tried this? Is it worth $300?

Save your money and wax/polish it yourself. I've never taken the dealer treatments as I know they are a waste of money.
