Just bought my G over the weekend. Do you have to remove the whole grill to get the Emblem off? Or is there a way to pop it out without removing the grill?

Thinking of re-badging to Nissan / Skyline.

 

You might be able to remove the emblem without taking off the whole grill. But the grill isn't hard to take off anyways. 4 tabs on top, and a few clips on the bottom. Stick your finger underneath the tabs and push up. You can pop the grill out in 2 mins.

Edit: forgot to mention the two screw-tabs on either side at the top. Flat screw driver with 1/4 turn will get it loose.

 

The emblem just pops off - just reach your fingers on the sides of the Infiniti emblem and squeeze.

 

Thx will give that a try. If not will pop the grill out like the other guy said. Might pop it out to clean it any way. Got 500 bugs in it from the 900 mile trip I just took with it.

 

Actually you dont have to pop off the grill, them emblem pops off by it's self just lift the hood, and release. performancenissanparts.com sells the actual jdm part check it out
