Wal-Mart actually has a good selection of pads for consumer-type polishers in various sizes. They are usually labelled as "wax applicator", "polishing", "wax removal", etc. bonnets.

I have the same buffer. Wal-Mart has 6" foam bonnet that is good for applying wax, and a 100% cotton terry bonnet which is good for removal. They aslo have a good deal on a 6 pack of micro-fiber cloths.
