If you figure this out you'll be rich, so far the best combo I've found is Stoners Invisible glass + Bounty's Glass and surface paper towels. Make sure you swap towels frequently I use one sheet per window and probably two or three on each the windshield and the rear window. Make sure you that you clean them in doors or in the shade, so that the cleaning solution doesn't dry too quickly from the sun, causing more streaking. However this still not perfect, at night time under certain lighting conditions I can still see some of the streaks.
Alternatively I've found that Mr Clean autodry system seemed to reduced the streaking on the outside but its not feasible for the interior of the car.

I've used Stoner's, various other ato window cleaners. I recently tried a bottle of the Meguiar's NXT Window Cleaner. It's the best I've ever used! Any bug residue pretty much melts away. And no streaking. I've got a mostly full car of Stoner's if anyone's close and wants it.

Also, I bought some microfibers that are spcifically made for cleaning glass. Those work great.

I use Stoners as well and a glass specefic microfiber towel that has made my job very easy. Here's a few tips I have to make sure there are no streaks. I fold the towel in quarters and spray the product on my towel, don't use too much product. After wiping the glass I then flip the towel over and buff it off with the dry side. I also never clean the glass unless the winshield is cool. Even if it's just a little bit hot I won't do it becuase it streaks too easy.

Some auto parts stores carry Stoner's. I got mine at a NAPA.
