They were resurfacing the hospital parking lot at my work and it seems that the aholes alowed us to drive through it when wet. I seem to have tiny little dots of black tar/paint on one side which one can barely see unless you look real close and can also be felt by hand.
question, what do i use to get rid of it? thanks RX

 

I'd try some bug and tar remover, then clay bar.
