CG on wheels question
CG on wheels question
Does anyone know if you could apply CG to the wheels and tires? I think I'm going to try it just for kicks and see what happens (unless someone has a valid objection).

Re: CG on wheels question
I use it on my wheels and the brake dust is now very easy to clean off with a wet paper towel. The stock wheels are painted with clearcoat just like the rest of the car so I would imagine it is just fine to use on the wheels.

Re: CG on wheels question
I applied a coat of crystal Guard to these wheels before they were taken out of the shipping box. After the NITTO NT555s were mounted, I applied a second coat. Now, I just use a terry cloth to remove the brake dust, of which there is a lot, expecially from the front wheels. Really makes it easy to keep the PermaStar rims sparkling.
