Does anyone know of any wheel cleaner that does not require water to help with the cleaning. I live in an apartment and don't have access to running water. And i have tons of brake dust on my new rims. Thanks for any help.

If you can get the wheels spotless one time(clean them at a friends house, self serve car wash or at night when no one can see you at the apartment)Once they are clean put a sealant on them like Klasse,Zaino or Autoglym.Once they are protected then you can clean them with a detail spray every few days.
another good way of cleaning rims is using orange balst engine degreaser and a power washer. just psray on, wait and rinse. if you're lucky you will only need to scrub hardened dust.other than that it works fine
