I feel the same way, kinda gross. I haven't tried it yet, but was thinking about disposable wet wipes.

In the trunk of my G, I carry a roll of paper towels, a small package of wet wipes, a small bottle of water and Eagle One detailing spray . . . Just for these occassions.

Haha, I do pretty much the same thing, and people give me **** about it. Everyone tells me i am way too protective of my car becasue I dont like fingerprints all over it (black car), and I only park in end spots.

birds carry weird viruses so make sure you wash your hands.

You should've seen the look on my coworkers face when I drove to lunch. He got out of my car, left some finger prints on the glass, cause he closed the door with the glass

While he was still talking to me, I popped the trunk, grabbed some cleaning supplies, and cleaned his fingerprints off my car, all while he was still talking to me

While he was talking his jaw dropped when I started wiping the glass, and he lost his train of thought, and couldn't remember what he was talking about Priceless....

Speaking of bird poop... I don't complain so much about re-using the microfiber towels, as I wash them pretty often. I complain about the etchings the bird poop left on my paint. I clean it off best I can, but nothing I can do about it when the bird poop hits my car while I'm inside the office, and the sun bakes it in until lunch/dinner/etc.

I find that if you use Zaino, birds can have a field day on your car and all you'll have to do is wash it and they all come off - no fuss, no muss.

so uh... I don't mean to steal the thread, but how do you guys wash your microfibers? I just shove in the washing machine... medium warm, medium cycle... with detergent?

bird crap is nasty and I would not re-use a towel if I used it to wipe it off.

back in the days when I use to take the bus.. my friend fell asleep while we were sitting and waiting for it, I was flicking bird crap off rocks and huge piece flung right into his mouth.. I was booted high and it was the most funniest I've ever seen... I was 15.

Bird $hit on your ride...............?

The answer here is to soak the poop with water. Birds eat gravel and sand with their food so you
don't want to drag it across your paint. Bird $hit
still isn't as bad as egg. Egg eats your paint if
left to dry......Good Luck!

make sure you use dabbing motions and not try to wipe it off you will scratch your car if the poop has rocks in it
