Got car washed, then rain...

Hey Guys-

Got a new '06 a month ago (black) and I got the car washed yesterday, went to a friend's house, and it rained a little bit. I don't have many cleaning supplies yet, but damn, I JUST got it washed.

I live in an apt complex but I have a private garage for the G, unfortunately, no hose. So, if it rains the same day I get my car washed, is there anything I can do to keep it water spot free the next morning?

I could use the Absorber and remove the water .... that's one option.

And then what if it rains, and I want to get the water marks off it the next day? Should I Cali Duster the car and then use an auto detailer spray the wipe down the entire car? Help. I'm frustrated. lol.

Making the G look good isn't that hard but keeping it that way can be. First I would recommend you apply a good sealant regularly like the Menzerna FMJ, Klasse AIO, Poorboy's EX/EX-P. Sealants help the water bead up much finer and offer increased protection from the elements. This will help the water disapate from the paint better and leave less marks. Another great maintinance step is spraying on the Menzerna High Gloss Acrylic Shield. It bonds to the paint thats been sealed very well. It helps clean the surface and leave a remarkable freshly detailed shine behind. It has protection in it as well that helps extend the life of the underlying sealant. Remarkable shine and protection that's rivaled by few spray on products.
