anyone have the clear bra on black G35C
i was wondering if anyone has instaled the clear bra on thier black G. i want to know if it is noticeable and if it looks good on it

I have it on my G and u can see it on the hood but only if u look for it It looks like a line across the bottom of the hood. I have it done on the side mirrors and the front bumper which u cant see at all. My opinion is that its worth it because it eally does protect the paint

I would love to have that on my car, but here in Tampa, there is only one BMW dealer that does it and they charge $1000 for it. I am thinking that is a bit too high.

I have a black Coup with the clear bra. I had it put on the first day I had my new G! Looks clean, but if you catch it in the correct light, you can see the line on the hood. I have the bra installed on my Black 330Xi and it has made one hell of a difference as there are no stone chips in the front end at all since October 2002.

I had my sedan done this past saturday in San Diego. The place is called Modern Image. It looks good and i can already see how good it protects the paint. I scrapped of some bugs from my bumper this morning.

Well got my clear bra installed on my black beuty yesterday and as of right now it doesn't perfect but it doesn't looks too bad.
The guy that did the install says this is normal. He told me it takes about 3 weeks for the film to bake in and all those little bubbles would vanish. He said that black cars are the worst the first couple of weeks while every thing sattles but then if looks great.
As for the bugs... I know people that have done the clear bra to their car and they absolutely love it cuz the bugs just wipe off (I guess it helps if you put wax over the film).
I'm very happy with the install. Now I don't avoid the highway as much.
Expect the unexpected when you least expect it.
