A few things that work are folded microfibers with a bit of alcohol mixed 50/50 with water, qtips, and my favorite - rubber tipped detailing pencils (Autozone may have these). I use the rubber tip tools on the 19" factory wheels on my 06 Coupe and have had great results. I think Black Magic makes one that is easy to come by.

ok so i got most of the grime off that was inbetween the lip and center piece of my rims.. i used nevr-dull by eagle one(wadding polish) and the rubber pencil to really work it in... does alcohol + water work better then that?
what other products can i use to really bring out the shine in my lips?

One of the strongest metal polishes available to consumers that removes just about anything from the wheel is the P21S Finish Restorer. It gets off just about everything from the wheel and leaves a very bright shine to any metal surface. I always apply any metal polish with a two sided microfiber towel, I can't get over how well this towel helps apply the metal polish. I used to think that the towel wouldn't matter until I tried this one. As for wheel cleaners I use the P21S Wheel Gel, its ph blanced to not harm any wheel finish because it uses no acids. Its still a very strong cleaner and gel based so it clings to the wheels. These products always leave my wheels looking brand new again with minamal elbow grease.

Would this product be safe for annodized and clear coated wheels like Volk?

Yup, works great on them both. Safe on clear coats, metals, chrome, etc.
