This is my first Black car and it is a love/hate relationship. It looks great when it's clean and like crap when it's the least bit dirty. When I was taking the pics I could actually see pollen collecting on the car. I actually enjoy spending a day detailing if it's a nice car (the first 6 hours anyway)....sorry, but I'd never spend 8+ hours detailing the wifes Honda CRV! My friend has a Black GT Mustang that I'm tempted to Zaino since I have a bit of a soft spot for Fords Pony car. Heck, I'd probably detail a G35 coupe if someone would let me borrow it for a bit. : )

Oh yeah, the guy that bagged my groceries asked if I just bought my car...he said it looked great.

 

Just carry a shotgun in the car now for pigeons. I have a twilight blue and it's like clockwork - 2 days after I have it detailed and waxed - there's bird$hit with my name on it. Never fails.

 

AMEN to THAT brother! I know it was a bitch and first time doing it for it it was as well but after all said and done, you will now have protected your car and when it gets dirty after 3-4days...you can see the shine wanting to come through the dirt. Believe me it's worth it for 6 months. Just keep a california car duster with you every day and lightly dust the car every morning.
