removing bug crap

what is a good way to remove the bug crap you get on the highway when u drive at night? i have a lot on my black front bumper. i used scratch X and it got all the hard chunky stuff off but it didnt get that lightish mark off. the car is real clean except for those whitish marks

Stoner's Tarminator is the name of the product. Works well, but has a strong odor to it, so don't inhale it all
