The house does have a lot of upgrades he did himself. The whole back patio/bbq area was built. Stained concrete dining area, media room, in wall fish tank. He's taken care of it well.

 

Yea, I started looking last month for houses between Carrollton and Keller, down N. Richland Hills, and a little bit of Arlington as well.

Can't see some of the pics cuz our private line isn't working, but I'm sure it's a nice place given the neighborhood.
