those are both sexy

actually clark i just bought a honda too. an '06 VFR800 Interceptor. It's a bit bigger than the 600's in size and since I am tall (6'5'') i fit on it a lot better. I was going to go with the 600rr though as its plenty of bike, but i dwarfed it =)

and the r1 is sexy too

I had a 02 Honda VFR800 and it was a ice bike but a bit big for my 5' 5" short a$$
it was stolen a few weeks ago and now I am trying to decide between the CBR600rr or the GXSR 600

How much are these bikes runnin if you don't mind me asking? Also, how much is the insurance for a 22 yr old male. I'm goin to try and get my first bike. I was thinking about getting a used Yamaha R6, R1, or Honda CBR. Any suggestions?

state farm saves you a hell of a lot of money in insurance. they only look at bikes by their cc's and not by their type (aka. sport vs. cruiser).

my bike was 10k out the door brand new. for used ones you can get them a LOT cheaper if you shop around. only problem buying them from private parties is you don't know if they've been properly maintained, broken-in, or if the previous owner ran it like crazy.

dealerships sometimes have used ones they will warranty though.

i got mine on the "friend discount" for 6200 out the door. I also bought some service package that cost me a few bucks, but i get 6 services free, and i get a 24 hour turn around. With out that you will have to let them keep your bike for 2 weeks. I also spent about a gand on a good helmet, jacket and gloves and some other little things. It is a 03 yamaha r6 with 6000 miles, almost perfect.

Oh and i got a discount with allstate for my car ($102 every 6 months) and the insurance was $208 for the year.... so only added $6 for the year!!!
