Vaccuum line issues, bad BOV all together, couplings......lots of things. If the supercharger is still working properly, then it is pressurizing the air as it should.....the pressurized air would have to find it's way out of the system before the cylinders in some way.

when i hit the gas my boost gauge sits at Zero...doesnt go anywhere....sometimes doesnt even make it up there.

That is because you're losing boost before it reaches the intake plenum. Your supercharger is spinning and building boost as it should, but it's leaking out.

Damn Chris my nerves got all crazy when i read this post. I'm not sure what is happenin without lookin but like the other guys said if the unit is still spinning and there is no crunching or rattleing sounds it is probably in the tract somewhere. i would be checking the BOV lines and i don't know if you kept the canister style filter or not but check the couplers there, i had a problem with one of those once

Sounds like the belt was slipping, hence eating the belt up.

Dunno if this is news or not,

Goodyear makes a "Gatorback" belt thats supposed to be pretty good, tough to come by, I had to get mine online....

Glad to hear that your S/C didn't give up the ghost tho!

I know a guy who rebulds S/C's south of Dallas, if anyone needs it done.

GL!

Gatorback belts are what come w/ the Vortech belt. pretty much all the guys ditch that belt for a Gates belt.
