So I have this rattling noise on the back of my roof at the edge of my back window, and it rattles when i have my system hitting. if i go back there and literally tap on it and it will still rattle, I was wondering if i can fix it without taking off my roof or is what ways can i do to fix it?

 

I had the same issue on mine.

I took the headliner down and applied a lot of edead on the roof. The annoying rattle has since been eliminated. When I did the headliner I also did the rear deck and side panels where the rear speakers are too.

The rear deck lid can rattle against the actual metal body. Taking it off is a PITA as well.

 

yea i think that is what it is rattling against

 

The only real way to eliminate all those rattles is to just lay down a lot of dynamat, edead ect...

Even with what I have right now there are still a few rattles. No where near as bad as they were but some are still there on certain notes.

 

lol, as long as that one certain note does hit for 3 minutes straight then i will be happy.
