Fortunately my team is safe, but I have to figure out how to motivate my folks to take on more work from those that were let go.

Man, my company has frozen all raises for the year and Im long due for a raise. Im quite disappointed about that, but I guess thats helping keep everybody employed and I still have a job.

I had 4 team members get laid off last week. They both sat next to me....was a very somber week. I have to take over one of the projects, which I have zero knowledge about. I've also not had a raise for 14 months....
