Did some searches but really didnt find what i was looking for. Not sure about you guys but i've noticed that my V1 picks up better signal from the front of the V1 (facing rear window). I think this sucks since i would rather have better signal from the back of the V1 (driving forward). Do i need a software upgrade or do i have a faulty V1?

Go to their website and put in your serial number. They will tell you if you have the latest greatest and if there is an upgrade for it.

 

If there are no updates, send them an email and most likely they'll have you mail your radar in and they'll fix it. Had some problems with mine and they fixed it very promptly!

I have two one in the maxima and one in the G I would not drive with out my V1 yes yours need service
