Shooting during lunch isn't the ideal time for light. If we do a shoot, it should be on a slightly overcast day or in the evening after 6:00pm. We can do a photography meet...I'd be down for that. And I wouldn't charge anyone!

I don't do photography as a side job or profession, but I might consider it in the future when my skills are better. That would help me fund additional equipment.

I've personally be shooting and using Photoshop for about 11 yrs now.. I've done some jobs for other people.. Mainly action photography.. Shot plenty of sporting events and portraiture as well.. honestly, I'm getting into the automotive side now that I've started modding my car.. Learning the angles of cars is COMPLETELY different than shooting people. Even w/ experience, some of the rules don't even apply..

I'd definitely be down for a photo meet.. But agree w/ Will, after shooting mid day, the sun's too high and especially for darker cars, you lose detail..

i agree regarding the timing of the shoot...i was suggesting something more casual since i didn't think the support would be this high

if everyone is down i'll create an event thread for this. i'll list out who has already agreed to bring their cars and who will be doin the shooting. looks like it would be will, myself, twalls (?), and acid bringing cameras. how does next week look for everyone?
