Hideaway Plate
Hideaway Plate
Anyone see this before? Just read a post about this... I don't like running front plate in Dallas, but on long drives through small towns this could be handy!

Thinking about it, what do you guys think? They also sell a manual one that you just pull out and it pops up for $60....

Cool concept, but you gona hit that thing and break it somewhere sooner or later, esp if you car is lowered.

I like the idea, but you can make a temporary one with aluminum deck shims from home depot for like 3 bucks. I have one, just keep the front plate mounted to it and in the trunk. It mounts right to the bolts already on the underneath side of the bumper. Works great for any fix it and doesnt touch the front of your bumper. But you do have to get out and put it on, so that sucks. The front plate law is uber gay
Good idea... I don't really care for the auto part of it... just like the idea of being able to have it up there for temporary drives out of the DFW area... small town cops will pull you over for anything!
