Since I live in an apt complex, I don't get a driveway / hose either. I've started to use Optimum No Rinse, and it's a lifesaver. I haul a bucket full of water from my apt down to my garage and my car is washed with two gallons of water. Maybe look into that?

I've actually done parts of the car at a time haulin 2 buckets at a time...which is a beating after a while...

I recently bought a Flex VRG buffer and a bunch of detailing products (Menzerna) to start detailing my cars. I buy all my stuff from www.detailedimage.com in case you interested.

I've started doing exterior detailing for friends and neighbors for $60 in case you are interested. I'll wash/clay bar/wash/polish/glaze/seal/wax your car for $60! If you want the sealant, it takes 2 days because the sealant has to cure for 24 hours before applying the wax.

This also includes the engine and wheels.

I should be at the house the majority of the day if you want to just come over and use the hose. I'd take you up on that beer and lunch offer.
