=[ so sad

So today, I went to get my car balanced due to the mad vibration of the steering wheel. The dude told me my front rims are bent, which i had no idea about it. I bought the car three months ago and have treating it very nice. The tires are also very worn out =[ and i'm on a low budget. They balanced all four wheels, and switched the front to the back, but this is only temporary. Now the vibration level is not as noticeable as before, but i have 235/50/17 in the front and 225/50/17 in the back LOL. I would like to upgrade to 18's or 19's (because 17's look tiny) in a few months, and new tires also. Sears ain't payin' so great hehe. Please give me some inputs about affordable rims and tires, because i'm a newbie at this. Since we get like two snow days per year here, i don't think it's necessary for all season tires but please educate me if im wrong.

That street looks very familiar! JK newly discovered neighbor. I would also recommend getting some 19" OEMs. They look a ton better than those 17" chrome pieces of......chrome.

If you needed an immediate repair there is a guy selling some 18" OEM wheels and tires for like $400 in the DFW classifieds section (E-Ban). Or you can just wait until someone local is offering up their 19" stockers, which usually range anywhere from $600-1000 (a grand if they are in top notch shape)

thank you for the suggestions guys, I'm **** (phuoc) btw. I will be scouting the marketplace for the replacements. Immediate is not the case but very near future is what i have in mind. School starts in September and that's about 60 miles of commuting every day so I have got to get new shoes for the car by that time. What about tires? FK452?

craigslist has TONS of 18s (the best oem's in my opinion) you can get for way under 1k.. also the classifieds on here, you can get damn good deals even in the local forums.

i'd sell you mine dirt cheap if i didnt need to get my AC fixed first.

best wheels for that budget would be the OEM 19 Forged Rays... You cant find a better quality wheel for the normal prices they go for.

Get oem 19's w/ tires in great shape for about 1k.

You could even try selling your wheels to try to make up the cost.
(there won't be many buyers tho lol)

I got mine (19's OEM Rays) for $1K. Brand new with Brand new OEM tires as a take off from the dealership. It was a steal.

I got the deal at Grubbs. I was lucky. Someone just brought the car and decided to switch out the wheels. The manager decided to give it to me for 1K. That was some years back.
