wuttup guys! my G has an issue w/ the drver side door. When you close it, it doesn't go all the way flush with the side of the car. I can push it to be flush but it pushes back out a little. It is about a 1/16" to 1/8" gap. It is enough that sometimes the 'door open' light stays on after closing the door. The car hasnt been in any accidents or anythin.. so not sure wat it could be.

any suggestions on how to fix this myself? or would it have to be handled by a profesional?

Check the bracket on the door pillar (or whatever it is called). It should have 2 screws in it with the star pattern. You might be able to loosen the screws (or they are loose already from your description) and adjust the tension of your door.

This might not be possible but I don't see any other way to adjust your doors / trunk.

Did you recently remove the bottom trim for any work? Make sure all is in place, as well as all weather stripping etc.
