Painting Car in December
So I have needed a new paint job for a while. I purchased my G a few years ago and it needed some paint on the front bumper, which I was able to work into the deal. Well, the dealer basically f-'d me by doing a crappy job, which started peeling months down the line. Understanding they would likely keep giving me sh*tty paint jobs, I just figured I would wait until I graduated from college and get the car repainted myself.
Well, that time is finally upon me. But here's the twist:
A friend of mines owns a shop and his friend works for a Mazda dealerships paint shop and is willing to paint the car for $500. And he does GREAT work. He did my friends 300ZX in a Mazda silver that was better looking than the original Nissan silver. And there has been no chipping or peeling even after a year on the car.
Now before anyone starts talking about resale, my G isn't going ANYWHERE! I'm literally rockin it til the wheels fall off, as my next car will be something of an M5 and I will be keeping the G as my play car.
The question I'm asking is what color? Currently, I'm Brilliant Silver. But I was thinking of changing up completely and doing the Black Cherry color you see on RX8s.
Thoughts?

I'm sure he doesn't have a problem doing whatever I need to have done. He even suggested I wait until I decide what I am doing to the body beforehand. I'm still not sure if I want to do it, or if I want to keep it silver with flakes.
