Don't want to avoid over 4k rpm, you just don't wanna romp on the motor. The seals have to seat in nicely, but you definitely need to go above 4k rpm or things will wear funny. The break in period is simply a gradual way of getting the motor used to you beating the **** out of her... hehe

And I wouldn't wait 3,500 miles. I only waited about 1,500. No car these days needs 3,500... at least they shouldn't

I bet you can't wait to pop the hood everytime you work on it either.Are you going to do the same with the throttle bottle in the future?

I'm thinking throttle body will be either the same as the plenum, a matte bronze or a flat black..

I gotta send out my intake tube to law to get that polished copper as well.
