so why did you do gold valve covers rob?? mine will be blue. Just waiting for stephen to paint them.

Hey guys, picking your brains again....I've purchased HR y-pipe...coupe middy and also an weld on exhaust muffler with a silencer and all that jazz. Wondering if i should go ahead and pull the trigger on a header. Sell me on the importance or if i even need it at all

first off dont look at just picking up the headers and whether they are worth it....are you going to be installing them yourself?? if not your looking at around 300-400 at least install fee to do them on our VQ's....PITA. Secondly I dont think they are worth the money especially with your setup on your Sedan. Stick with what you have. Go with HFC's before headers.

Headers are worth the money and work for the minimal gains you get.

dang rob, good progress. did you notice a ride diff with the sways in? i put all mine in together, and it was ridiculous!
