So does anyone know what size nut I need to get for the bolt at the bottom of the strut? I don't know what it is called but I need to get one and would rather not take it off the car right now.

If no one knows, I'll have to take it off ha

I don't have a nut to secure the bolt at the bottom of the coilover because on the oem shocks it was a part of the strut. I used the spring bucket nut because I thought the spring bucket part was threaded but yesterday while driving I heard a loud clunk and when I got home, the bolt was almost all the way out of the spring bucket arm thing

0___0

So now I just need to go buy two nuts that will fit that bolt thread and I'm wondering if anyone knows what size that would be

Scary times!

12x1.25 same size as all the nuts on the suspension and actually the same as the lugnuts. If you install toe bolts you can use the nuts off of that

I have my rear camber arms and toe bolts laying around. I never installed them but looks like now is the time to do that.

Thanks though Jae.

And did you see the review of those pirate coilovers? He hasn't had a problem so far...

No prob! And hell yes i seen them but he's hard to trust lol, seems a bit off in the head if you know what i mean. My coilover purchase has been sidelined due to my radiator being practically blown and spewing fluid all over the place under my hood is ugly right now.

Good question, got told a few months ago i needed to have it replaced durring a routine oil change and hadn't had any heating issues so I told them to kiss it. I guess i've been getting some pressure build up all this time. I put in some more fluid last month and had been smelling fluid every sense, popped the hood and had what seemed to be squirting fluid that had dried and fluid along the top lining of the radiator. Crazy my g hasn't overheated once still running perfect... but me and one of the guys are gonna change it out thursday night. I love this forum!
