Rear subframe.. Z-YA made those diff bushings and we are going to press his in with my 12 ton press. Im going to help to see if its even worth to drop the subframe when I do mine..

This is definitely a two man job and very slow, time consuming process........Not really hard, but very very in-depth is all!

SUBFRAME OUT:

NOW UNDER THE CAR:

WHERE DOES IT ALL GO:

I opted to drop the entire subframe and use Jakes tall 12 ton press like they show it being done here:

I didn't wanna do the hack saw method under the car...........and well, this gave me an excuse to drop the subframe..........

I would also like to add, that i called GTM (not sure who i talked to) and i also called FORGED Performance (talked to Alex) and both companies were willing to talk and discuss the process with me..........I called because insight is worth more than foresight........
Subframe OUT! I participated in taking out the subframe to get ready for solid rear bushing install. Took about 2 hrs max (thats taking our time) - definitely going this route to install my bushings.

Kirk06 has a set as well - he will need them for sure on the supercharged sedan..

Cant wait to see how the black looks on your ride. I personally was debating between black or gunmetal.

Here is the "more to come"

The color is "Auburn Black", pretty much gloss black in dark but as soon as light hits, you get this sparkling affect. pretty cool. I got them done for 325$ at SPC coating in Arlington. A++++ service from them. I found them through the "Where Should I Go for....." thread lol. NOW! does anybody want to donate some 25mm/30mm spacers?? Much appreciation aha =]

i officially suck at welding. I might be able to make a dinosaur out of car parts but, not really steady enough for precision welds. It was good practice though. My friend finished off the trunk lid for me. I'll take welding class if I ever go to prison but, I'll retire for now.
