Guys - Where can I (locally) pick up some quality 6k bulbs? My passenger one was giving me trouble tonight and based on the color output it is clearly on its last leg. I have been wanting to up them to 6k anyways, so now I will. Suggestions? I am trying to avoid buying them online only because I kind of need them now.

 

I noticed that lastnight...were very pink looking. Anyways I believe jotech stocks them....that's the only place I know of. Or contact.marinelli and they will get here next day normally

 

Haha damn ya shoulda said something man! I hadn't been paying attention and when I turned my car on tonight I noticed that only 1 was coming on. I somehow got the passenger side to come on, but it is HELLA pink now. Sigh....

I'm not a fan of jotech particularly, so I guess I'll hit up Galliano.

 

a & r motorsports stocks alot of hid bulbs and parts. They are in haltom city though but thats who i go to when i need bulbs or harnesses

 

Check craigslist. Cheap, fas, and decent quality I would say. Haven't had any troubles with mine

Craigslist bulbs are good as long as you have couple brain cells and know what to look for and how to price them correctly. Seen bunch of philips made in germany bulbs pop up. I use to buy them in bulk for retrofits and used ones are like $25-$30 each and I would usually give them $15-$20 each but buy up like 8-10 at a time "85122+".

 

difference. Stock has a chrome backing which makes it shiny inside. His he has a custom made panel that elimnates the LED board in between the tailgight and reverse light. This pandel is matte black which makes the smoke look show up on the tailgiht lens even though they are not.
