That gives me a little confidence because I ordered some 3M matte black shadowline trim vinyl, squeegee, and vinyl cutter off EBAY yesterday. The 3M stuff was a little more expensive (about $25 for a 3"x30ft. roll), but it is supposed to be the best and easiest to work with.

Do you think a hairdryer will work, or would a heat gun be a lot better? Trying to decide if I should buy a heat gun. I wouldn't mind having one anyway. I am just worried about how easy the curved parts will be to work with. I'll definitely check out youtube vids before I do it....

I use a 1500w heatgun, it gets too hot so i have to keep it further back or it will cook a hole in the vinyl lol a hair dryer should be perfect but the guns are good to have. You'll have to take one big piece and mask the area then cut in the edges to make the shape. Trying to twist the vinyl on the curves will make a wrinkle in time

GENTLEMEN!!!!!

If you're seriously considering XDC as a venue you want to participate in, then you really need to get your registration done.. Wayne asked me if you guys were going to participate..

The rate for registration increases again at the end of the month.. If you're going to participate at XDC, then you need to get it done this month.

Is the registration for the show or just spectating? Do I need to register to be able to park with the group? I don't care to "show" perse...

I beleive if you want to be in the PITS you have to register. They checked us last time whenever we drove in. You have to print off a pass
