So I was looking to get a Cipher 2+ done but i havent added any mods yet but i was planning just to do a plenum spacer and JWT. Should I get the Cipher 2+ after? or before? Or does it matter? Does it even do anything?

welcome to local Dallas Fort Worth Club.

I wouldnt suggest going CIPHER unless your planning on adding exhaust and other supporting mods to your intake. You can perform the ECU Reset and relearn on the Pop Charger and Plenum spacer to get the performance out of that....you need more mods to spend money on the CIPHER personally....Not sure how you would do with the CIPHER unless your tech savy to tune yourself but UPREV is the way to go with mail option tuning.

meh, it didn't help that I hit a chunk of tire going 70 on the frwy and ripped the area that the sidemarker was molded.

other parts (headlights and grill) have been scheduled for paint for awhile now, I'm not in a big hurry.

Paint has held up pretty damn well, I just need to get my lazy *** outside to wash/wax the car. at least when I was showing my car stayed clean all the time.

Should get a custom bra for the front end. Will cost a fair amount, but cheaper than having your front end repainted every 8 to 12 months

And that wasn't hating on anyone... just knowing you needed to repaint again haha

yeah I've been considering it.. My boss had a z06 lease that he had clear bra done on and it saved his bumper multiple times, he also tracked the car and screwed up the bra pretty good, once they re applied the bra the paint underneath was untouched, not even stress cracks from some of the sht he hit.

I have no idea what a good brand is... I just know to avoid 3M. I've never done one, just had a good friend who has done many. I can ask him what he's used. He has had two Vettes and two G's actually.
