Threw on a pair of rear shocks since mine were sagging bad and bouncing around the road. I got some basic OEM replacements that are 15% stiffer. KYB GR-2 with lifetime warranty from O'reilly for $49.99 with next day availability on a weekend. I paid $108.xx OTD for pair of rear shocks and labor was from a BMW buddy of mine for $70 OTD. The total cost was roughly 3 tanks of gas and well worth the price I paid. The springs I am using is G35 coupe springs in the rear so I expect a slight drop from them. The shocks are made for 350z sport suspension or G35 sport suspension. I don't have the ability to adjust dampening on the shocks but this is 100% better than my worn out 109k miles tokico sport shocks. I plan to replace the front shocks as well with same KYB GR-2 and that is on 350z springs. I would like to get 3 years of use on the shocks and then probably trade her in for something fancy. I have a lifetime warranty on shocks in case they blow and in reality there is only 3 nuts to remove to access the shocks. It takes 5 nuts to just remove the wheel lolz....

After everything that went into the upgrades including the 04.5 upgrade with widebands and the new tcm a little under or right at 3k...not pretty, luckily i was able to offload a few items and my wilwood brakes. Engine has 22k miles and think transmission is between 25-50k miles

Nice upgrade that will restore lots of life into your car. What else do you have left to replace to freshen her up like bushings, fluids, bearings or any other wear and tear items. Now you have to save up some $$$ for fancy brakes again.

Yea just putting brembos back on while car is in shop...have done all the bushings and etc in my car. The wheel bearings ALL need to come off, about that time. Converted to e-fan and did the idler pulley delete as well..HR headers and art pipes with engine install

Replaced the coolant with OEM Nissan long life, swapped out rear 350z springs with the revised version and added tension to both belts since they stretch from the original install last year. Ready for the rush hour drive tomorrow morning to work on New Years eve and then have the day off for New years.
