In an ideal situation, you'd want to get a better offset wheel, but when you're locked into getting certain offsets w/ certain wheels (as was my case) then you have no choice.. Either get the spacers that get you as flush as you'd like to be (no matter the size) or just be "less tucked" w/ a safer spacer, or none at all...

It's really all just personal preference. Just like some folks fear getting their fenders rolled for some reason, I don't want my wheel too far from my hub.. The thought of those 5 bolts breaking and my wheel rolling down the highway in one direction, and me spinning out of control in the other scares the HELL out of me. The further the wheel is away from it's point of origin, the less downward force it would take to break those lugs and higher the chance of incidence this could happen.. (simple physics)

Will is right though.. As long as they're properly torqued, then they should be fine, I'm sure they did a LOT of R&D. But I'd rather just have a smaller spacer or none at all..

I'd definitely offer the advice of getting a reputable brand if you do get a spacer on the larger side.. Don't get some knock off.

You caught air with me on the 101 freeway in LA with my massive spacers

you member? hehehe...stupid socal freeways

Yes, I do remember being suspended ABOVE the freeway, both of our eyes big as hell and then coming down so hard we saw sparks coming from under the car when we looked back.. Man.. that was a good night.. (This was before he was slammed like he is now of course)

Yup I have had mine for just a little over 3 years now! Time sure does fly.

Hayley's Z has almost 115k on it now and still running strong on the first clutch!

Mine went out at 30K!! But I was not the original owner of the car. After taking out the old stuff and seeing my flywheel that looked like a spotted cheetah it was very obvious that the last owner couldn't drive for ****!

I went with the JWT in mine and like it, not a big fan of the chatter though. But after having it in for 60K I have got used to it. It still grabs just like brand new, I have NO issues getting a 4th gear chirp.

Good Luck with that one bro! I've been working there for 9 yrs and don't get much of a discount myself. I even ended up getting my subs off of ebay.

I'll do what I can when you're ready, but some stuff there just really isn't any mark up with this saturated market. Internet Retailers is what is killing all of the local smaller shops, they have to make up for everything in labor.
