Never happens to me. Then again i never paid any attention to those types of drivers. I just want to relax and enjoy my drive.

oh man, the number of times I get cars trying to race me on the streets and freeways.

I blame my ride for being blacked out...They must take it as a sign that I automatically want to race anything with wheels.

I was headed to a bachelor party last weekend on I-30 and a Mazda Speed3 with a teenage guy wanted some so I showed him what was up. It was a fun little sprint. I wanted to get a Speed3 but didn't have the funds and I'm glad because I love my G.

those are like 263 hp right? I know bench racing ect, ect, but those would give an 04 a hard time I was thinking. Am associate of mine at work said he wanted to try me, of course I declined but i was very intruigued at the thought but I didnt know how well i wouldve faired.

From Edmond's:

With the turbo at full boost, the Mazdaspeed hatch is rated for 263 horsepower and 280 pound-feet of torque; this compares to 156 hp and 150 lb-ft of torque in a regular Mazda 3 s. A six-speed manual gearbox sends all of it to the front wheels. Normally, that would result in colossal torque steer, but thanks to a limited-slip differential and precise torque management in 1st and 2nd gears (via the engine's computer), it's mostly under control. Carefully launched, the MS3 is capable of sub-6-second runs to 60 mph.

i rarely have anyone trying to mess with me. i would probably chalk it up to being very light on the exterior mods (even though i do drive fairly spirited on a regular basis). i don't know if it's the area that i live in or the times of day that i happen to be driving, but i seriously never get revved at or messed with. it's almost a disappointment...i got more hassle in my integra for cryin out loud! LOL

or maybe it's because people see how cleeeeean i am and think better of messin
